Rooms were clean, location was good, service was shotty, mainly due to the fact that they're so-called "concierge" didn't speak English enough to understand that there was smoke on the fourth floor and it smelled like something was burning....toilets did not flush, old and burnt coffee in the lobby. The morning and when I went to check out the girl at the desk was so busy playing on her phone that I had to ask for her attention 3 times before she realized that I was 2 ft from her. This is not a place I would return even though I was informed put the smell and smoke were caused by the welding in the staircase that they were doing...no apology or attempt to remedy the horrible night we spent there...we were told they had no more rooms and could not refund us but that we were welcome to use the bathroom in the lobby.

Unfortunately we were not told that the property is under construction. Definitely not worth the price of the rooms. I used points and Definitely not worth the points charged. I would have picked another location not under construction. The rooms are definitely outdated. Nice location. Convenient to shopping/food. Staff are friendly. I also forgot to mention the lights are not very bright. The one desk lamp only points down and the other is missing a light bulb. The mattress also doesn't fit in the frame so it moves alot. Lastly the shower head is super low. My husband is only 5'10" and his head almost touches the shower head. I guess I'm just more disappointed in the way the hotel was represented to me by the IHG rep booking the reservation for me. She made it sound like the room was top notch and that we were getting an elite room. The floor we were on had storage stuff sitting around. The pool is nice and has deep and shallow end.

We chose this hotel due to it's distance from the airport. Our room was nice and comfortable. Just remember to leave the A/C on in the day and off at night because it gets cold. We really like the walk in shower just know the slides glass door is easy to slide don't push it to hard lol.

I stayed here for a week in November. If you don't need to be on the beach, this is a great place to stay. EVERYTHING in Ft. Myers is close. The rooms are nice as well as the amenities. The restaurant is decent, and you are in walking distance to about a dozen other restaurants. If you're going to Ft. Myers primarily for the beach, I would stay closer to the beach. However, if you are in Ft. Myers for anything else this is the place to stay.

Under renovation. Hotel had many convention type functions going on. Loud outside and inside the hotel itself. The room decor was lacking, furniture old and worn. Flooring newer. Needs to be completed.
